I see a line in the kernel changelog under 6.8.0-40-generic.

Title:
Computer waking immediately after suspend on any kernel newer than
6.8.0-38
Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
New
Bug description:
`lsb_release -rd`
Output:
`No LSB modules are available.
Description: Linux Mint 22.1
Release: 22.1`
Expected behavior:
That computer will suspend when clicking 'Suspend'.
What happens:
Screen goes black for a split second then immediately the computer wakes and
goes to the login screen. This occurs with or without any USB accessories
attached. It is only a problem in kernels newer than 6.8.0-38. I have tried
6.8.0-45, 6.8.0-51, and 6.8.0-52. Suspend behavior and all other functionality
works perfectly using 6.8.0-38. The same behavior occurred using Linux Mint
22.0 trying various kernels.
Please note that I was booted into 6.8.0-38 when generating
version.log and lspci-vnvn.log (attached). I also have 6.8.0-52
installed, but I would like to delete it unless further
troubleshooting is needed.
