[Impact]
New FW for ISP v4.1.1 needs to be added in Noble to support calibration data
loaded during sensor startup and also update tuning binaries
[Test Plan]
Launch the Camera and a better quality rate/image resolution can be presented.
[Where problems could occur]
Calibration data is not loaded during sensor startup which impacts image
resolution
