Intel IPU6 camera driver (OVTI01A0) fails to probe with ENOMEM on dell

Bug description:
Hardware: Dell XPS 9320
Ubuntu version: 24.04
Kernel version: 6.11.0-19-generic
Problem Description:
The intel IPU6 camera driver fails to probe with error -12 (ENOMEM). The
camera hardware (OVTI01A0 sensor) is detected but the driver fails to
initialize properly.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Load the intel IPU6 driver (intel-ipu6 and intel-ipu6-isys)
2. Check dmesg output
Current behavior:
Driver probe fails with: "intel_ipu6_isys.isys intel_ipu6.isys.40: probe with
driver intel_ipu6_isys.isys failed with error -12"
Expected Behavior:
Camera should initialize properly and be avaible through /dev/video* devices
Additional Information:
- Camera is detected : "Found supported sensor OVTI01A0:00"
- IPU6 firmware version : 20230925
