Title:
Cannot upgrade to new release Noble Numbat

Status in linux-hwe-6.8 package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Description: Ubuntu 22.04.5 LTS
  Release: 22.04

  Hello,

  I'm regularly trying to "do-release-upgrade".

It seems like the download is always altered and security checks fail
  as normal.

You can note that when I do "apt-get upgrade", I can still get
  upgrades for my current release.

What can I do to upgrade the release of my computer in a secured way ?

  Regards,

  Remi
