Public bug reported:
I have a TB3 eGPU dock (TH3P4G3 85w version)
Plugged into this dock is a base model Powercolor Radeon RX 5700 XT
The device is a Framework Laptop 13 Ryzen 7 7840U
Works perfectly under kernel 6.11.0-26
updated to 6.14.0-24 and the power deliver works and charges up the
laptop, but the eGPU is not recognised. It's listed in lspci but it's
apparently not addressable and the displays don't show up in the display
settings and the gpu isn't listed in nvtop.
reverting to the older kernel 6.11.0-26 and it goes back to normal
