I can confirm the displaylink-drivers beta package version 6.2.0-21
works on Noble with the latest oem-6.14 experimental kernel version
6.14.0-9007.7+exp.13, which packages Ubuntu evdi-dkms version
1.14.8+dfsg.

Bug description:
Synaptics display link
(https://www.synaptics.com/products/displaylink-graphics) kernel
drivers has been packaged into Ubuntu archive as
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/evdi since Focal, and we may need
to package it as linux-modules-evdi for installation on secureboot
enabled platforms.
