I don't think this is specific to WiFi and Bluetooth. You can find in
the `dmesg-6.14-after.log` that many (mc, intel_pmc_core, mei_me,
bluetooth, nvidia, iwlwifi, videodev, i801_smbus, ....) modules were not
loaded. Among them, iwlwifi and nvidia caused your problem in wireless
connection and external monitor.

> When I tried to load the modules within the first minute after
powering the computer on, there were error messages saying that the
modules could not be found

And this sounds like the major problem. All the aforementioned drivers
are in linux-modules-extra[1], so it appears to me, somehow you did not
install linux-modules-extra well, or interrupted, or for any reason it
doesn't load.

To figure out the root cause, maybe we need /var/log/apt/term.log or
/var/log/apt/history.log.

Title:
Multiple kernel modules not loaded while installing hwe-6.14 kernel
  6.14.0-24-generic

Status in linux-hwe-6.14 package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  I'm on Ubuntu 24.04.2 LTS.

Yesterday, I updated the system and after a reboot, the wifi, bluetooth and
the external monitor stopped working.
The culprit is the kernel Ubuntu 6.14.0-24.24~24.04.3-generic 6.14.6

Wifi and bluetooth are no longer available in the start menu (top
right part) nor in the settings.

I looked online, but haven't found any help. I ran lshw -C network
where "*-network UNCLAIMED" would show up. Noticed the new kernel
version so decided to boot with an older kernel version, which in my
  case is Ubuntu 6.11.0-29.29~24.04.1-generic 6.11.11

Upon rebooting into 6.11.0, the issues are no longer present

I join the outputs of the following commands in 6.11.0 and 6.14.0 :
  lshw
  lshw -C network
  lspci -vnvn
  cat /proc/version_signature

In particular, we see, thanks to the command "lshw -C network", that
the network is unclaimed in 6.14, while in 6.11 it is not the case
