On Alienware 16 Area 51 laptop running Ubuntu 24.04
I got an auto-update to kernel 6.14.0-28-generic and after a restart my display 
driver was not working, the screen was blank.  After I went back to the grub 
menu and forced a reboot into kernel 6.14.0-27-generic the display was working 
fine again.  However, there is now a problem with apt packages.  Whenever I try 
to apt-install anything, I get this error:
