Title: Aborting the removal of the running kernel triggers apport Status in apport package in Ubuntu: Confirmed Status in linux-base package in Ubuntu: Confirmed Bug description: If a user tries to remove the running kernel, they get a warning and are asked if they really want to continue. If they decide not to, i.e., abort the removal of the running kernel, apport is triggered and wants to submit a bug report. That should not happen. Removing linux-image-generic (6.5.0.44.44) ...
