Title: system hang observed when running compute over s0i3 Status in linux package in Ubuntu: New Status in linux-oem-6.14 package in Ubuntu: Invalid Status in linux source package in Noble: Invalid Status in linux-oem-6.14 source package in Noble: New Bug description: [SRU Justification] [Impact] On Strix and Strix Halo APUs a hang is observed if the suspend sequence is started while running any compute tasks (such as ROCm). This is because the compute ring is not drained when the suspend sequence is started meaning there may be pending fences. Leaving fences pending during s0i3 sequence can hang the GPU. [Fix] * The following series: https://lore.kernel.org/amd-gfx/[email protected]/T/#m7354d41cef682829469dbdb7df8e66d43f20de96 * 54f7a24e1437d66c9ff36d727a9dff1beeeab429 * f33044952c24f85a1527f91440b89d4423840de2 [Test Case] Suspend system with KFD work running.
