  Microsoft has asked us to backport commit e4b9852a0f4a ("nvme-pci: fix
  multiple races in nvme_setup_io_queues") to the 5.4 Azure kernel.

  Backported to the F:azure tree by adjusting minor context conflicts.

  Build tested only; Microsoft will test the bug fix.

  [Where problems could occur]

  Problems here could cause hangs for I/O threads in the NVME driver.
