Upgrade from 25.04 to 25.10 fails. Before upgrade I did 
sudo apt update
sudo apt upgrade -y
sudo apt dist-upgrade -y
sudo reboot

which has been my standard procedure for years while testing upgrades.

Actual log excerpt is

code (1)
