Same problem here after updating from 5.15.0-157 to 5.15.0-160; reverting to -157 fixes.
CPU is an AMD64 ryzen 5 5600G, with builtin graphics only (no discrete GPU) connected via displayport. Image is normal during BIOS post as well as for the grub menu, but lost immediately after, with the monitor's software indicating it's going into standby because no input is detected anymore. My system requires a password to unlock the root drive, but the screen goes black even before the prompt for that shows up. So whatever the issue, something is going off the rails very early on. Eventually the fans stop and the system sits idle with no video output. I updated the kernel using the system update tool. This system is down stream on Mint, so I can't use the instructions as written in the submission form. But I will do my best. I had to roll back to -157 to write this report. Hope this helps.
