Hello Christopher. I uncomment rtsx_pci in in /etc/modprobe.d/rtsx_blacklist.conf, because I blacklisted rtsx_pci before (see step 5 in the present bug description workaround) when I used rts-bpp with ubuntu 14.04 kernel.
So, I think that normally rtsx_blacklist.conf is empty...
