Title:
Bluetooh fails to remember bt-device's name when toggled off/on

Status in “bluez” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: bluez

Bluetooth is not remembering the user settings when toggling. To
reproduce the error just right click on the bluetooth icon and go to
preferences. Then change the name to a friendly name and check "Make
computer discoverable". Then right click on the tray icon again and
turn off bluetooth and then back on. Now when going back into
preferences you'll notice that everything is back to it's original
  settings.

  Thanks
