Yes, 
but it will be great if it could pass with 3.13 kernel,
in that case, we won't need to deal with the kernel upgrade issue like what 
we're dealing with recently (3.5 / 3.8 / 3.11 -> 3.13)

However, we should wait and see how many blocker would be solved on this
system, then we decide if it's worth to fix it in 3.13.
