Buzzing Noise from upgrade to 11.04

Bug description:
I upgraded from ubuntu 10.10 to 11.04 and there is a buzzing noise
from the laptop speakers.. it sounds like white noise.. I've solved it
before in earlier versions but I forget what it was.. Is there a solve
for 11.04
