Brightness Wont Brighten

Bug description:
I have a samsung r530 ja04us. And the brightness stays supper dim ,
plugd in , un plugd , moving the display setting bar does dothing no
change either way , wondering if its driver issue ...not very savy.
love everything else just darn displays super dim . any ideas?
