Title:
  WiFi speed drops after a few minutes in Ubuntu 13.04

Status in “linux” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  The wifi speed of ubuntu 13.04 sometimes just drops from 150 kb/s to
  below 1kb/s and just stays there. This does not occur when I run
  windows or ubuntu 12.04 on the same computer.
