Title:
  USB Mouse/Keyboard Randomly Freezes

Status in “linux” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
Applies to Ubuntu 13.04 amd64. The bug has been present from release
day, and is still there after 4 minor kernel versions.

This affects any standard USB mouse or keyboard (tested with several).
The hardware sometimes stops responding just a few seconds after boot,
while at times freezes only after 20-30 hours.

It is always reprodicible, since either the mouse or keyboard does
stop responding, it is only a matter of time.

The logs show nothing out of the ordinary. If there is any additional
info I should provide, please let me know.
