crashes while using
Status in “linux” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
while using ubuntu,wehter it be buy ck. email ,playing games or just
surfing around. all of a sudden the screen goes into a horizontal
picture. just lines sideways on the screen. there's no way to get it
out ,so i have to hit the pwr. button to shut down. it was just
installed on 2-2-14 by a pc tech.he said maybe it needs an update. i
have recived 3/4 emails from people in ubuntu to help ,but i don't
understand what their to explain. sorry i don't mean to sound so
stupid. thank you for any help.
