:When I upload a attachements the file looses it's original name, for

Sorry, I mispoke in my last response. I am not going to make the
label field optional. But I *DID* fix the downloads so the label
field will be used as the default filename when you download an
attachment.
I have also just fixed the content-type for additional attachments
and attachment replacements.
