:It's referenced in nfs_bio.c and nfs_serv.c, some other files seem to have
:nqnfs references; nfs.h, nfs_kerb.c, nfs_socket.c and nfsproto.h.

    It's all gone w/ the Preview tag.  e.g. for nfs_bio.c the
    preview tag points to 1.31, and that rev does not have any
    nqnfs references in it.
