HEADS UP - memory mapping from msdosfs mounts may deadlock in HEAD for a day or two

    I am working on a fix now.  The problem is due to a deadlock introduced
    by the new getpages and putpages code.  I am going to complete the work
    to fix the problem instead of committing a hack to fix the problem.

    (which is to say, I am going getting rid of the weird page arrays and
    tons of code related to them and replace the whole mess with UIO_NOCOPY
    I/O).
