nfe(4) & GENERIC

Wondering what the policy is on drivers in GENERIC
or perhaps more specifically if there are any objections to
adding nfe(4)

or do we only want to build in 'good samaritans' that release specs ?

I started to do the pciconf cha-cha until I realized this
wasn't there - one kldload later and was happily ping -fing away much to 
the displeasure of my switches :)
