I think we fixed the #define issue, but I'm not sure.  I have to search
in the back of my brain.  It was something with scheduling priorities
which were wrongly hardcoded by apr or whatever abstraction library.
These calls failed (EINVAL due to wrong value range) and in turn the
scheduling lib gave up.

As libc_r and libthread_xu don't install headers themselves, they should
be API and ABI compatible.
