2.2 is now officially frozen. Commits to master will no longer be
merged to the 2.2 branch.
I am doing the final 2.2 ISO builds today!

Some final fixes came in just under the wire and made it to the release.
Fixes to the boot loader, PXE boot support, telnetd, and a few other
things.
