Thanks Hasso, Ive done that. The permissions are set to that, but this error is same, even when i try to burn as root. I cannot imagine what else it would be but a bug in DragonFly. Buring in DragonFly only seems to work with CDs (ive successfully burnt CD iso images at least) This is a 4.1gb DVD iso, trying to burn to DVD+R disk. cdrecord-ossdvd produces an even nastier error9(at the bottom).
