Network slowness problems to leaf and www.dragonflybsd.org have been
resolved. It turned out (this time) to be a bug in swapcached on
avalon which caused excessive cpu use with some major tokens locked.
This in turned caused the VPN (openvpn) to get waterlogged).
The network should be considerably more responsive now, with fewer
hicups.
