Kernel list converted to Mailman

I've converted the kernel@dragonflybsd.org mailing list over to
Mailman.  The web interface is at:

http://lists.dragonflybsd.org/mailman/listinfo.cgi/kernel

The archives will be at:

http://lists.dragonflybsd.org/pipermail/kernel/

I haven't yet found a way to retrieve and add in previous years of
history for the mailing list, but I'll be working on it.
(If anyone has a complete mbox file for the list, please tell me.)
