Oops. Tried the 'make depend' thing again; this time it worked. For some
reason I had thought that to remake the dependencies, you do a 'make -dep'.
I actually got output from that, which confused me. I've now got the host
build running, and now I'm just held up by the Tulip driver not detecting my
NIC. I'll see what I can do in the meantime with just the host build, and
do what I can to put more detail in the docs.
