[JOS-Kernel] Common Server Interface (CSI)

Lomna Losgann wrote Common Server Interface (CSI) and Amairgin HTTPd. I was
unable to find an e-mail address or website within the source code.

The original CSI source was written into a package called "CSI" and used by
Amairgin HTTPd. Later, it was uploaded to Source Server. But it was
inserted into "org.jos.experimental".

So that CSI and Amairgin HTTPd might be recompiled, I modified the source
code to match each package with its Source Server directory. The modified
source code has been published here:
