All can be made available but none of them are yet.  JOS is very much 
pre-alpha at this stage (not really usable).

Yes.  The basic architecture is there but is not diagrammed well at 
all.  JOS is probably not ready for you to be prototyping applications on 
unless you're fairly comfortable doing java assembly.  In the mean time, 
you can actually just use any java platform for starters as JOS's eventual 
goal is to expose to all applications, an identical interface (100% pure 
java apps will run on JOS without modifications).

At the moment, your best bet is to investigate the archives for this 
mailing list and wander around the wiki.
