Kernel builds have been failing when built noarch since rpm 4.8.1 went into the buildroots, it seems.
https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/getfile?taskID=2247441&name=build.log The symptom is that rpm/usr/lib/rpm/check-files is failing because it thinks all the documentation in noarch is unpackaged.
