The provides were switched to be flavor specific because people doing
composes from KS files were getting kernel-debug-modules-extra brought
in instead of kernel-modules-extra.  This was causing issues when trying
to include gfs2-utils on oVirt spins.

I don't think it will be a big deal, but we'll keep an eye on it.
