No debug kernel builds are getting scarce

I was expecting to see more no debug kernels show up after rc1.git0 appeared 
there. But we haven't had one show up yet.

I may need the normal builds anyway, since 3.16-0.rc1.git0.1 isn't successfully
booting on my i686 machines (though it seems to work fine on x86_64). But it 
is nice to have the no debug ones for day to day use.
