It is somewhat helpful from a "this will eventually be rebased to f31" case, but with Rawhide and F32 being on gcc10, and a few other changes, it is not always expected that an ARK srpm will build/boot/run on an older version of Fedora. For the rebase case, we don't pull all spec changes back, really just patches and (most) configs.
