The general rule is Fedora does not delay the kernel for 3rd party
drivers. That said, test week for 5.9 is going on right now, and we
are only at 5.9.1.  We are looking at a couple of weeks before the
rebase would be in updates-testing.  With the mid November timeline
that nVidia mentioned in their post, if they don't slip, it will
likely just line up.
