I'm sorry that I haven't got back to this, yet. I know it's been posted weeks ago and I should do better. The review of this is non-trivial and time consuming. Could you please wait with merging this a few more days? I'll review it. Given that there were not so nice bugs in the previous version, extra scrutiny is warranted here, I think.
