Revert "drm: panel: add Xingbangda XBD599 panel"

This reverts commit 67a19b16012b12cffba0b515c6503e5f8cdbb798.

This patch was not accepted upstream, I could not find the original
on linux-arm-kernel archives however I could find it eg. at
https://www.spinics.net/lists/arm-kernel/msg793240.html

It seems it was replaced by different series/solution eg. visible at:
https://patchwork.freedesktop.org/series/79025/

And merged through these upstream commit ranges:
