cd redhat; make rh-configs
```
instead of just doing it at the top-level
Why don't you just add
ifeq ($(filter rh-%,$(MAKECMDGOALS)),)
include Makefile
endif
ifeq ($(filter fedora-%,$(MAKECMDGOALS)),)
include Makefile
endif
to the 'makefile'?
