Bugzilla: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/2000835 RHEL customers have requested support for the dm-multipath historical-service- time path selector (CONFIG_DM_MULTIPATH_HST). Also, Commit 66051188 ("Update CONFIG_DM_MULTIPATH_IOA") enabled CONFIG_DM_MULTIPATH_IOA in common, but left in disabled in fedora. Remove the fedora config so it uses the common one.
