Please enable this in the ark directory. We do not want KASAN enabled for debug kernels in Rawhide on Fedora. By policy, we build only debug kernels other than -rcX and the final .0, meaning 4 out of 5 kernels built per week are debug kernels. This is done because it gets more users running these debug kernels for day to day use. Those users tend to be willing to sacrifice a bit of performance for the greater good, but when last we checked, KASAN was too much to ask.
