I used the same approach as in other scripts(genlog.sh,kernel.spec.template). I'm also not sure that setting it to en_US.UTF-8 is the right thing. IIUC if the locales are not generated it will fallback to C. Meaning, if I haven't overlooked something, you may still end up with different sorting.
