@Conan_Kudo - the concern with that approach is, RHEL is not staffed to
support all new technologies, we only support a small subset of what Fedora
enables.  We do not want to get our partners opinionated over technology we
have no plans to support.  Thus we try to keep it focused on a more realistic
next RHEL view (next includes not only RHEL-X+1, but RHEL-X.Y+1 too).  This is
one of those technologies that are trying to take advantage of ARK by
stabilizing things.  We will continue to default off unless RHEL kernel teams
feel like they can support the technologies when enabling them.
