Sorry, my suggestion was buggy. What I meant was
```
cp %{SOURCE3001} partial-kernel-local-snip.config
cp %{SOURCE3001} partial-kernel-local-debug-snip.config
```
Meaning, the copy you do with `cp %{SOURCE3001} .` appears to be unused.
