Argh, it won't work b/c [samples/bpf/Makefile:315](https://gitlab.com/cki- project/kernel-ark/-/blob/os-build/samples/bpf/Makefile?ref_type=heads#L315) overrides `TPROGS_CFLAGS` for one target.
