I typically update config in Fedora/RISCV sometime after RC2. I haven't done a
review on what changed between the current stable kernel (6.10) and 6.11-rc1.
Having a quick look. Yes for `CONFIG_RISCV_ISA_ZBA=y`. We will want
`CONFIG_STARFIVE_STARLINK_CACHE=y` enabled (but it's for not-yet-available
StarFive SoC, JH8100-series). We disable it, and enable it later on once there
are a physical target we can test on.
