We don't have RHEL configuration in yet, thus ELN should be disabled. We
aren't doing ELN in Fedora/RISCV today.
I started building v6.11-rc{5,6} kernels in Fedora/RISCV Koji. It doesn't
build, and the patch is already posted on linux-riscv mailing-list to resolve
it:

I also have changed for `kernel.spec.template`, and I would probably like to
replace cb7fd22b8254f4f7e5fd5f3a444da1d2587832b4 with a new config I have for
v6.11. Is it better to do it now, or get this one merged 1st?
