Good news: this is possible! Bad news: not without some ugliness.
In short. dracut conf file can rely on shell variables but unfortunately
dracut doesn't export its version anywhere. We need to either set it
externally in the specfile or acquire it in the dracut-virt.conf itself. I
implemented the later through 'dracut --version' parsing, it could've been
'rpm -q --queryformat %{VERSION} dracut' instead.
